How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order via our website by selecting your favourite sandwiches, entering your details, and completing the checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes—please contact us as soon as possible. We can adjust your order as long as it hasn’t been prepared yet.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be delivered within the selected time slot (for example, between 10:00 and 12:00 on your chosen day)
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can choose pickup during checkout and select your pickup time. Please allow for preparation time. Between 12:00 and 13:00 we are very busy and we do not prepare new orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For delivery orders we accept iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. For pickup, you can pay by cash or debit card.
Are there additional delivery costs?
This depends on your location and the size of your order. Any delivery costs are shown during checkout. For deliveries outside our standard delivery area, we will always discuss the delivery costs with you in advance.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we offer a wide range of vegetarian and vegan sandwiches. Check our menu for all options.
Can I mention allergies with my order?
Yes. Please add your allergies in the comments during checkout and we’ll take them into account.
Can I have lunch at your location?
You can pick up sandwiches, salads, coffee, smoothies, and more, but we don’t have seating or guest toilets.
Do you also deliver warm sandwiches?
Warm sandwiches are only available for pickup. Our driver delivers multiple orders at once, so sandwiches won’t arrive warm at your location.
Do you offer catering staff?
No, we deliver the lunches only.
How can I cancel my order?
Last-minute cancellations or changes are possible until 07:30 on the delivery day. Please call us directly at 020-6448663. If we’re unavailable, you can email us before 07:30.
Up to the day before delivery, you can always change or cancel your order—please email us about the change or cancellation.
