These terms and conditions explain how ordering, payment, and delivery work, what you can expect from us, and which agreements apply. By placing an order through our website, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided via the website www.allesvoordelunch.nl.
In these terms, “customer” refers to any natural or legal person who places an order with us.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
By placing an order with Alles voor de Lunch, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The customer is bound by the order once it has been placed, regardless of the method used.
Orders can only be cancelled by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance via [email protected]. After this period, the full order amount remains payable.
Alles voor de Lunch reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.
All prices listed on the website include VAT.
If price increases occur after the agreement has been concluded but before the delivery date, we reserve the right to pass these increases on to the customer.
The selected delivery time is indicative and may vary.
Alles voor de Lunch is not liable for any damage suffered by the customer, participants, or third parties, unless it can be proven that such damage resulted from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Alles voor de Lunch or its employees.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
Complaints regarding delivered products must be reported no later than the day of delivery.
Any right to compensation lapses if:
A. defects are not reported within the specified period, or
B. insufficient evidence is provided to allow us to investigate the complaint.
All personal data is handled strictly confidentially.
Payment must be made in euros, without deduction or discount, within 14 days of the invoice date. Payment is made by bank transfer to NL42 INGB 0001 6618 44, in the name of Alles voor de Lunch.
In the event of late or non-payment, the customer is required to cover all collection costs incurred, both judicial and extrajudicial. Extrajudicial collection costs amount to 15% of the outstanding amount, with a minimum of €50.
Force majeure refers to any circumstance beyond our control that makes fulfillment of the agreement unreasonable or impossible.
Examples include, but are not limited to, hostilities, blockades, extreme weather conditions, boycotts, or business disruptions that prevent timely delivery.
All agreements with Alles voor de Lunch are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from or related to our agreements or deliveries will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or void, the remaining provisions remain fully in effect.
Alles voor de Lunch reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms at any time. Changes also apply to existing agreements, subject to a notice period of 30 days after publication on our website.
